A new dining destination has arrived at First on 7th, bringing the rich flavors, traditions and hospitality of Mexico to the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Almacén El Gallo, located on the ground floor of the landmark mid-century modern tower at 500 West 7th Street, offers a contemporary approach to regional Mexican cuisine inspired by the neighborhood gathering places of generations past.

The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and First on 7th LP are partnering to present three outdoor sculptures from the Modern’s permanent collection for public viewing downtown beginning the week of August 8 and remaining indefinitely. These works were chosen for their unique fit in the walkable, park-like setting situated at a crossroads in urban downtown.

A new restaurant on the street level of a renowned mid-century modern tower in downtown Fort Worth will turn out Italian fare using locally sourced ingredients, showcase expansive views of nearby Burnett Park and offer open-air seating adjacent to sculptures by a 20th-century master.
